At Cádomotus, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
